Tom Brady Just Revealed This Utah School DENIED HIM!

For decades, BYU has had the reputation of being a pretty incredible quarterback factory for college football. Under their legendary coach LaVell Edwards, the Cougars became known as "QBU" after producing stars like Jim McMahon, Ty Detmer, Steve Young, Robbie Bosco, Marc Wilson, and Steve Sarkisian, before quarterbacks like Zach Wilson and Jaren Hall. It's a list that has made Provo, Utah one of the most respected homes for quarterbacks in the entire sport.

Even with amazing talent evaluators in Provo, nobody gets everything right. During a recent interview, The GOAT, Tom Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion revealed that BYU was one of the several schools that passed on him coming out of high school. "We sent all these different tapes out, ranging from Cal-Berkeley to BYU... they didn't want me," Brady said, laughing. "They weren't the only one. Trust me, there were many others."

Of course, as we know, Brady eventually landed at Michigan before becoming a sixth-round NFL Draft pick and rewriting NFL history with seven Super Bowl titles, three MVP awards, and a legacy that is unmatched. Looking back, it's impossible not to wonder what might have been if Tom Brady had joined BYU's long line of legendary QB's. The Cougars have already built one of college footballs greatest quarterback traditions... but adding the GOAT himself to that list? That might be the one of the biggest "what ifs" in Utah sports history!
