HOW?: My Glaring Questions On How Tyler Robinson Killed Charlie Kirk
This entire thing feels... unreal. A kid from our own backyard, St. George, is accused of killing Charlie Kirk. I've been reading headline after headline, I've seen footage, seen the briefings, and even listened to some of the major conspiracy theories... But I have ONE thought that keeps looping back and forth in my head:
How did a 22-year-old kid from St. George, Utah pull off a near-perfect assassination on an unfamiliar university campus hundreds of miles away?
FBI Director Kash Patel says that Tyler Robinson left behind a pretty big digital footprint showing that he had an "obsession" with Charlie Kirk. Okay... That explains motive. But this doesn't explain the logistics! HOW?!
• How did he know exactly where Charlie would be?
Charlie Kirk was on a university campus that Robinson did NOT attend. How do you, as an outsider, pinpoint the EXACT LOCATION - the right building, the right roof, and right vantage point - where you could have a crystal clear shot? Did someone post the location that Charlie would be at beforehand? Did the university announce specifics online? Did someone with inside knowledge tell Robinson?
• How did he find the route to the rooftop?
Did you ever go to college? I was lost everyday when I went. Campus buildings are not designed for strangers to navigate. Especially the rooftops and the high vantage points. If Robinson never spent time on that campus, how did he know the steps, the access doors? Did he scout this out beforehand... or did someone guide him?
• How did he go so unnoticed?
A crowd. Thousands of people. Cameras. Students. Faculty. Surveillance everywhere. Robinson moved, positioned himself, and executed. If it weren't for the surveillance footage and his own father recognizing him, would he have gotten away with this forever? THAT IS SCARY! How does someone operate so perfectly with NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE on a busy, unfamiliar campus and pulls it off perfectly?
• Was he working alone?
I'm usually not one that thinks it's some huge conspiracy... But the logistics are making me question that this was a solo job. Yes, you can be radicalized and obsessed, sure. But the moment you rely on the perfect timing, perfect place, perfect escape, there are WAY too many moving parts for one person. He HAD to have been given some type of intel beforehand.
Yes, these questions are messy and raw. Some might say I sound like a conspiracy theorist. I just can't imagine, If I was a deranged psychopath that wanted to kill... How I would even pull this off this perfectly. This makes no sense. And yes... the answers may be out there. Investigators may already have these answers.
