Costco Makes BIG “Overdue” CHANGE To Food Court: Utah & Nevada Affected!
Costco shoppers in Utah and Nevada: It's time to celebrate! The moment that we've all been waiting for is finally upon us: Costco is ditching Pepsi and bringing Coke back the food court! Yes, you read that correctly, after a decade of Pepsi in the food court, Costco has come to their senses!
For decades, Coke was the staple in the food courts at Costco. It was always the perfect pairing with the ICONIC $1.50 hot dog combo! However, in 2013, this wholesale giant made the shocking decision to switch to Pepsi, leading all of us scratching our heads. Thankfully those dark days are behind us. Costco announced that Coke will reclaim it's rightful place at the food courts starting this summer, proving to all of us they care about quality over whatever Pepsi has been trying to offer!
Let's be real with eachother. Coke. Hits. Different! The Crisp, refreshing taste alongside that delicious Costco slice of pizza. It's PERFECT! If you've ever tried to choke down a Pepsi with your churro, you know it's just not the same. So most of America (including me, obviously) are thrilled that Costco is finally doing the right thing and letting us enjoy the superior soda again!
However, this isn't the only big change that Costco has made lately. You may have noticed stricter card-checking policies at the entrance—no more flashing your membership card and strolling in. Now, you’ve got to scan your card, and that means your photo needs to match the membership or you’re not getting in. This has definitely upset some shoppers, especially the couples who share a card, but only have ONE of the spouse's photo on it!
While some changes are causing controversy, bringing Coke back is a decision we can all get behind. Thank you, Costco, for returning to your roots—and to the soda we love!
