BYU (5-11)
Worst losses: Losing 5 in a row to LA Tech and LA Lafayette. Losing to Utah Tech.
Best wins: Won two in a row against LA TECH on the road.

Austin Deming (SCHS): .396/7 HRs/SLG .925 (best hitter in the state right now and it's not really close. What a start to the season!)

Worst losses: going 1-3 against USF to start the season.
Best win: Beating Cal State Fullerton 3-2 on the road last week.

After much deliberation, I think the answer right now is UVU. Based on their record and who they've played. We'll see who takes the crown at the end of the season for best in state. UVU plays BYU next week.
