BYU (5-11)

Worst losses: Losing 5 in a row to LA Tech and LA Lafayette. Losing to Utah Tech.

Best wins: Won two in a row against LA TECH on the road.

REGION ALUMNI

Austin Deming (SCHS): .396/7 HRs/SLG .925 (best hitter in the state right now and it's not really close. What a start to the season!)

Cooper Vest (Dixie): .308/3HR/SLG .731

Luke Anderson (SCHS): .185/1 2B/ has started 6 of 12 games as a freshman.

Utah (7-9)

Worst losses: going 1-3 against USF to start the season.

Best win: Beating Cal State Fullerton 3-2 on the road last week.

Landon Frei (SCHS): .263/1HR/SLG .333 

Frei had an amazing Freshman year for the Utes last year and continues to be one of their best players so far this season.

Best win: 10-9 victory against BYU at home
