How do you improve on refreshing ice cream stuffed between a cookie wafer? If you are Casper Merrill from Utah, you just make it a lot bigger. It was a hit from the beginning. We do love our sugary treats in the beehive state.
Way back in 1925 Merrill started building this stuffed frozen treat and called it a FatBoy and the rest is literally history. Soon he was making more than he could fill on his own and started hiring help to produce the treat.

Now the company offers many products and flavors and you can buy them in stores across the country. What's even better is it is still being made in Richmond, Utah to this day by the Casper family.
Before there were Crumble cookies and Swig, FatBoy was out there showing the rest of the nation how Utah does dessert. It is time this fan favorite got its due as a one of a kind Utah original.
