Explore The 2024 Parade Of Homes: A Showcase Of Southern Utah’s Finest Properties
This week marked the start of the 2024 Parade of Homes which featured some dreamy houses for sale in Southern Utah.
The event takes place each year bringing in visitors to the area to tour the 26 homes on display. There are some unique houses this year with fantastic backyard backdrops and adorable layouts. Many of the houses are located in the Bloomington Hills neighborhood in St. George. However, the homes extend all the way out to Hurricane and Ivins so if you do plan to hit all 26 houses, it will take a bit of time.
The 2024 Parade of Homes runs from Feb. 16 through 25 and is always busy. You’ll be fighting locals and tourists for close parking and good views of the houses.
One notable house I visited was the No. 25 house in Ivins. Unlike some of the other houses I visited, this one has a lower level leading out to the backyard. May of the houses have two levels but usually and upstairs and ground floor.
As is common for the St. George houses like these, many have pools, and they are just stunning to look at. The Ivins house even had a mini-golf spot right across from the pool.
Even if you can’t afford these dream houses, they are fun to look at and can give you ideas for your own future home. Some even keep in mind the large Utah family with a room for bunk beds and in-laws.
Tickets for the Parade of Homes are $25 each and allow you entry via a virtual scanning process. When entering the home, you will need to take off your shoes and socks are required.
