Lainey Wilson Reveals New Details About Her Bar Bell Bottoms Up
Lainey Wilson's new bar and restaurant Bell Bottoms Up will be up and running just in time for those summer girls trips to Nashville. The establishment will open for business before June.
When Does Lainey Wilson's Bar Open?
The country singer took to social media to share that the bar will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, May 31. In the video, Wilson opens the door of her retro-looking business to deliver the news with her French bulldog Hippie Mae in tow. The doors feature Wilson's name proudly displayed over the words Bell Bottoms Up - Cookin' & Drinkin' on top of brown, orange and yellow stripes.
"Bell Bottoms Up," she declares to the camera. "I will see y'all May 31. Come on inside and let's get to cookin' and drinkin'."
Wilson then walks inside the bar as the camera follows her, but before anyone can get a good look at the place, the camera fades to black. Her new single "Hang Tight Honey" plays in the background.
The bar also has its own Instagram page that you can follow for updates.
Where is Lainey Wilson's Bell Bottoms Up Bar Located?
The Grammy winner's bar and restaurant will take over the old FGL House located at 120 3rd Avenue South in the South Broadway district of Nashville. FGL House — opened by the country duo Florida Georgia Line in 2017 — abruptly closed earlier this month without much notice.
Wilson joins Miranda Lambert as the only two women with their own food and beverage businesses in the Broadway district. Lambert owns Casa Rosa. However, the two join an ever-growing list of country artists with their own establishments — such as Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan and more.
A handful of other singers are expected to open their bars this summer as well. Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and Old Dominion will see their watering holes open for business soon.
