Utah-Based Airline Opens New CHEAP Routes!
Expanding Horizons: Breeze Airways' New Routes
The Utah-based airliner, Breeze Airways, is expanding! This time they're expanding into Las Vegas, and with Southern Utah just a couple hours away, locals could be scoring some amazing deals on flights!
Affordable Travel: Exciting New Destinations
Breeze has announced taht they will be adding four new routes in and out of Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. This spring, Breeze is offering some seriously cheap fares. The new flights include service to Orange County, California, Twin Falls, Idaho, Humboldt County (Arcada/Eureka), California, and Lincoln, Nebraska. Some of the promotional one-way fares are starting as low as $39 at some places to $79 at other places. Those rates are pretty hard to beat if you're looking for a cheap little getaway.
The first route will launch on March 6, connecting Las Vegas and Orange County with daily nonstop service. That same day, Breeze will start twice daily flights to Twin Falls, followed by service to Northern California's Redwood Coast area on March 11. Finally, Lincoln, Nebraska will be joining the team on April 8th.
Convenient Options for Southern Utah Residents
For the Southern Utah residents, this expansion looks particularly interesting because wtih St. George only two hours away, many locals are already making that drive for flights, but this will give Southern Utah travelers a few more options. But at the same time, the obvious question is: When will Breeze finally come to St. George?
Growth of St. George Regional Airport: More Choices Ahead
The St. George Regional Airport (SGU) has already grown quickly in the last few years with current service to Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. However, rumors have been swirling about the Los Angeles flight from SGU disappearing, which would shrink the options even more. But, the good news is: a new Chicago flight has already been announced and is expected to begin service soon.
With Southern Utah growing rapidly, many locals believe airlines line Breeze could help connect St. George to even more destinations, without needing that two hour drive to Vegas first!
