I was driving through St George to get to an appointment and I went a way that I normally do not go. I went down tabernacle because I had some time and I love the old school charm. I had heard about the new 4 way stop that was put in but I forgot all about it.

I sat and waited for a few cars to roll though but the first one stopped. I waited a little too long so they just went ahead of me, and then I realized I was at a 4 way stop. If I had been headed the opposite direction, on University Ave., I for sure would have blown that stop sign.

This area really did need a 4 way stop for awhile but old habits sometimes die hard. (Side note) I got out to take some pics for this article and just enjoyed the views. Downtown St. George is so gorgeous. The cemetery with the lush lawn and mature trees is just so inviting. I wanted to go lay down and take a nap.

So just a heads up for those of us who have lived here forever, University Avenue and Tabernacle now has a 4 way stop so don't go into auto piolet and forget to stop.

(Another side note) As I was taking pictures I was impressed by the artwork on the Larkin building that used to be Cameo Florist.
