Can you believe that is Keith Urban?????? Nicole Kidman's response was funny too. She loves him. ♥ My old pics are all great but I think you can at least tell that they are me. hahahah
Talk about a glow up! Keith looks great. Have you seen any amazing celebrity pics that I need to know about? Share them with me! aaronee@townsquaremedia.com
BBQ season is in full swing and if you saw Costco this weekend you know that many Southern Utahns are ready to get their baby back ribs on. The favorite's list of meat to BBQ is definitely broad. If you need some ideas here is the list:
1. Burgers
2. Sausage
3. Hot dogs
4. Chicken
5. Meat and veggie kabobs.
6. Ribs
7. Steak
If you want to splurge even more than ribs and steak then you can go for seafood and the popular tri tip or wagyu steak.
And then there are those sides! Potato salad is a must. Most BBQ's have a pasta salad, green salad and some sort of fruit salad or Jell-O salad. BYOB and you have a party! I haven't seen Jell-O jigglers in a long while. I might have to make some for our party. Yum!
Be safe and enjoy your holiday with friends and family. Celebrate America and thank a vet, service member, special forces or local first responder. If you're lucky, you know more than one.
Have You Heard Of Irish Nachos? They're Easy AND Delicious!
What's Aaronee Cookin'? I am getting really good at using leftovers to make something completely different and this is one of those recipes. Irish Nachos. I have been making a version of these for years but I had no idea that is what they were sometimes called until I went to Wing Nuts and ordered some. Here's what you can do with leftovers.
If you have leftover baked potatoes, this is what you should turn them into.
Doesn't that look amazing? Well it was. They are so delicious. You can use any type of chili you want but I love Madras Lentils.
It doesn't take very much to top all of the potatoes either. I always crisp them up first with a little olive oil and garlic salt before I top them.
I usually use Colby-jack cheese but I just use what is in my fridge at the moment.
YUM! it really is super good and you should totally try it next time you have leftover baked potatoes.
Recipe:
Sliced up baked potatoes
Chili of any kind, just make sure it is thick and will stay on the sliced potatoes.
Cheese, any kind you want.
Olive Oil
Garlic salt
Optional additions:
Olives
Jalapenos
Cilantro
Chives
Directions:
Slice your baked potatoes into half inch slices
Lightly coat with olive oil and garlic salt
Broil until lightly brown
Then top with chili and cheese
Broil again until cheese is bubbly
Top with optional additional toppings and let cool slightly.
Devour!
