PHOTOS: St. George’s Upcoming Shopping Center Looks AMAZING!

St. George just keeps on growing... Hell, Southern Utah just keeps on growing! One of St. George's latest project is shaping up to be one of the best yet! It's almost time to say hello to The Paseo! The Paseo is a massive new retail development complex planned for the corner of 3000 East and Merrill Road, right across the street from the "new" Lin's Market, and north of the new Red Cliffs Temple! It's being built by Elevated Property Co. and looks amazing!

If you're thinking this will be just another strip mall, think again! The Paseo is designed to be a premier shopping destination in Southern Utah, and we already have a huge name attached. Just yesterday, it was announced that Nordstrom Rack will be opening a brand new 24,000 square foot store at The Paseo. For Southern Utah shoppers, this is HUGE! No more roadtrips to Las Vegas, or Northern Utah to score some name brands at discount prices!

Shopping, however, is only half of the story! The Paseo will also feature a brand new Larry H. Miller Megaplex Family Entertainment Center! This isn't just a movie theater, either. There's going to be bowling, an arcade, dining, and the movie theater. It's basically about to be a one-stop shop for date nights and family outings!
