If you've been living in Southern Utah for a while, you've probably seen the bumper stickers, or heard your neighbors talking about it, or even saw people talking about it online... But there's A LOT of things that Southern Utahns HATE, and I'm not totally sure why.

Here are the TOP THINGS that piss off Southern Utahns... And it doesn't make sense:

Anyone That's Ever Lived In California:

"NO CALIFORNIANS ALLOWED!" I don't know the rules about living in Southern Utah... Do you have to be born here to be accepted? Do your parents have to be from here? I'm not sure how it works, but ALL of our ancestors weren't born here, so... Who someone enlighten me.

Electric Vehicles:

I drive an electric vehicle, so I see this ALL THE TIME... But why do so many people care if your vehicle doesn't take gasoline? People find actual JOY in seeing a Tesla broken down on the side of the road. I don't get it.

Restaurants That Serve Chicken:

This one baffles me... If a restaurant comes into town and it serves chicken, here come the comments! "JUST WHAT WE NEEDED! ANOTHER CHICKEN RESTAURANT!" I mean, does this really hurt you that much? Just don't go to that restaurant if you don't want to, right?

Drink Shops:

Even worse that the Chicken Restaurants... DRINK SHOPS. We have a lot of them, and for the most part the demand is there, so I'm not sure why it makes people so angry. I mean, just don't go to their drive-thru and everything will be okay!

This Article:

I've never felt SO HATED until I started writing these articles. The amount of mean comments that I get is WILD! You'd think I was running for President or doing the Super Bowl halftime show or something! It's just an article. It's not that deep, guys!

The Church:

Southern Utah is VERY INTERESTING! If you post something FOR the LDS Church, the comments section will eat you alive! If you post something AGAINST the LDS Church, the comments something will eat you alive! I mean, didn't we start this country for Religious freedom? People are weird, man.

Nowhere Being Open on Sundays:

St. George is still a pretty conservative place, so a lot of places are closed on Sundays, which sucks! Most of the best restaurants aren't open on Sundays, and that's ALWAYS the day I'm craving it!

Having Nothing To Do Here:

For my entire life, St. George has never been the place for entertainment... unless your entertainment is hiking (mine isn't!). But We're DYING for something fun to do here, and slowly but surely... It's coming!

Having Something To Do Here, But it Costs Money:

Like I said, people are DYING for something fun to do here... But then it comes in and it's not supported, or people are mad that it costs money! We used to have semi-professional baseball teams and NOBODY went to the games. We got BigShots Golf, which people like, but SO MANY PEOPLE complain that's it's ugly, or too expensive. You just can't win, man!
