You’ll Only Understand These Things If You Grew Up In Southern Utah
If you've grown up in a city long enough, you know the ins and outs of the city. You know the places to stay away from, the places you want to live, the best and worst places to eat, and the shortcuts around town.
Here are some of the things you JUST KNOW if you grew up in St. George:
Meet at the GOOD DENNY'S:

If you grew up in St. George, you know the GOOD DENNY'S is the Denny's on Main Street by Bluff Street! There's no if ands or buts... This is just something we JUST KNOW!
Dixie Downs:

If she lives in Dixie Downs... BEWARE! I hope you're up to date on your Stab-Insurance.
This Building:

If your favorite restaurant is in THIS BUILDING... Take advantage while you can! There's a good chance that place won't exist in a year. This seems like a great location, we can't figure out why nothing can stay there!
I'm going to Salt Lake:

If you're from St. George, you know that "Salt Lake" is anywhere north of Nephi, Utah! Salt Lake could mean Spanish Fork, Provo, Orem, Draper, Sandy, Salt Lake City, Park City, Bountiful, Layton, Ogden or even Logan! Conversations usually go like this:
"Hey, I'm going to Salt Lake this weekend!"
"Oh, cool. What part?"
"Provo!"
Hurricane:

Everyone that lives in Hurricane is a hillbilly! I know this one isn't actually true, but That's what I always thought. I wondered, "Why would anyone ever live here?" Now that I'm older, I see the beauty that is Hurricane! It's smaller, way less busy, calm, and really pretty nice! I was wrong about you, H-Town.
