Fall is almost here and I am totally ready for soup and sweater weather. I love LOVE soup. Loaded Baked Potato Soup is one of the most delicious soups to make. It significantly "levels up" a regular potato soup.

I love concocting something amazing with whatever is left in my fridge. I feel like it's a super power to be able to look in my pantry and fridge and be able to make something tasty out of odds and ends.
