Heavy and intense rain across St. George earlier this week has brought damage to the area. At least two locations have been closed on the Virgin River North Trail as the flooding waters have washed away parts of the pavement. One part of the trail that was blown out was on the East Side of town off Riverside Drive in front of Red Rock Ridge Student Housing...
