WHAT TO DO:
- Bring water to a boil, carefully lower in the 12 eggs to the boiling water. Boil eggs for 13 minutes.
- Once eggs are done boiling, place them in an ice bath to shock the shell. (It will make it much easier to get the shell off)
- Once cooled, slice the eggs in half LENGTH WISE.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites on a plate, tray, or cookie sheet.
- With a fork or potato masher, mash the egg yolks, and add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir and mix everything until the yolks are smooth.
- With a spoon, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- (If you want to really be fancy, put the yolk mixture into a ziplock baggie, cut the corner of the baggie, and you have a makeshift piping bag to make the yolk look pretty.
- Sprinkle your paprika for garnish. (I like more paprika. I like the flavor on the eggs.)
