Here is a recipe for Deviled Eggs that you're going to be using ALL YEAR ROUND!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons Vinegar
  • 6 Tablespoons Mayo
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Paprika

This will make 24 delicious Deviled Eggs.

WHAT TO DO:

  • Bring water to a boil, carefully lower in the 12 eggs to the boiling water. Boil eggs for 13 minutes.
  • Once eggs are done boiling, place them in an ice bath to shock the shell. (It will make it much easier to get the shell off)
  • Once cooled, slice the eggs in half LENGTH WISE.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites on a plate, tray, or cookie sheet.
  • With a fork or potato masher, mash the egg yolks, and add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir and mix everything until the yolks are smooth.
  • With a spoon, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  • (If you want to really be fancy, put the yolk mixture into a ziplock baggie, cut the corner of the baggie, and you have a makeshift piping bag to make the yolk look pretty.
  • Sprinkle your paprika for garnish. (I like more paprika. I like the flavor on the eggs.)

AND THAT'S IT! You'll be a hit at Thanksgiving. This recipe is easy to cut in half or double. I would suggest doubling your recipe because these bad boys are going to go QUICK!
