The BEST (Healthy) Buffalo Dip For Your Party
Are you ready for the big game? If you are like me, you LOVE a good dip. There are so many to choose from, but in the assortment that we have every year, I have to have a good Buffalo Dip.
I could eat dips for every meal. You can't go wrong with a French Onion dip with some delicious potato chips, or Sour Cream & Onion. Guac with tortilla chips is absolute heaven.
I grew up with the OG dip, chips and SALSA. We would bottle vats of salsa every summer. As a result, I eat a ton of it. It needs to be massive chunk free and a little spicy. Oh man my mouth is watering.
Whether you add mayo, cream cheese or just sour cream, this Buffalo Dip is to die for.
To keep it on the healthier and lighter side, stick to just a base of sour cream.
BUFFALO DIP
1 tub of sour cream 16 oz.
1 full tablespoon of granulated/dehydrated garlic
1 teaspoon of granulated/dehydrated onion
1 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt*
1 /2 teaspoon of smoked paprika**
2 tablespoons of Franks Red Hot (or favorite hot sauce)
Personally I add a little apple cider vinegar because I love the tang.
*If you don't have celery salt just add whatever salt your heart desires. That is the best thing about creation is it is flexible.
**Smoked Paprika adds depth and a great flavor but you can totally make the dip without it.
If your family likes it a little thicker and creamier, you can add some mayo or heat it up and add shredded or cream cheese.
My favorite thing to dip in this dip is pretzel chips. SO good. I could down an entire bag of pretzel chips with this Buffalo Dip. The combo is that good.
This is the kind I get. YUM
