The PERFECT Location For A Trader Joe’s In St. George, Utah!

Trader Joe's has been MAJORLY requested by the Southern Utah general public for a while now! I didn't understand the hype until I ventured into a Trader Joe's in Las Vegas. I now understand everyone's desire to have one here! Trader Joe's is known for their quirky culture, interesting selection of foods, and low prices. They have organic items, specialty items, frozen foods, and seasonal items. They also do private-label items with no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Recently, I've been on the hunt for places that would be a PERFECT home for a Trader Joe's, but It needs to fit a certain criteria.

• Strong Location
• Not too big
• Lots of windows and natural light.

I THINK I FOUND THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR A TRADER JOE'S IN ST. GEORGE:

The old location of Outdoor Living and The Awning Company by the K-Mart shopping center. This location was also once a Deseret Book.

This entire shopping center is getting a FULL facelift to become St. George Place! St. George Place will have a Hobby Lobby, REI, and WAY more awesome retailers in the complex. Now, I'm not sure if someone already called dibs on this location or not, but as I was walking around it, it looked like the PERFECT spot for a Trader Joe's.

There are currently a few guys working on the inside and outside of this location, making it look tons better! I don't know if anyone has any ties to St. George Place or to Trader Joe's, but I believe this would be a PERFECT location for Trader Joe's in St. George!
