The Secret Ingredient To Make Your Chocolate Shake Incredibly Creamy!
What's Aaronee Cookin'? Chocolate Shake! Imagine you sitting in a lounge chair with shades on just enjoying the sun with a thick and creamy, HEALTHY chocolate shake! How is that even possible?
Ok the secret ingredient is avocado.....Stay with me here. It's healthier AND it's so creamy and delicious.
Even if you don't like avocado, you should give this a try. Some people compare it to a Wendy's Frosty. If made right, you really cannot taste the avocado. My kids didn't even know it was in there. I add different flavorings depending on my mood.
So far, I have tried mint, orange and almond flavorings and I have liked them all. My favorite combo is probably chocolate mint. YUM! With all of the flavor you are gonna put in this thing, there is no way you are gonna decipher the avocado in the mix.
Think of this concoction as an healthy chocolate shake. I eat pretty healthy so take my word for what it is worth to ya, but this shake feels indulgent. My kids request it.

I love breakfast, but I usually just make it myself. When we visit friends and family though, sometimes we head out for breakfast. Plus like I've said before I LOVE breakfast for dinner. So, if I can find a great spot that serves breakfast all day, it's a win.
When I cook, I usually do a skillet meal, but when I go out I usually choose French toast. I head to Northern Utah regularly and was looking for a great breakfast spot when I came upon this review from the Deseret News:
Best breakfast in Utah- Sweet Lake Biscuits and Limeade
"Located in Utah County and Salt Lake County, this restaurant has fantastic biscuits. The famous dish here is the Hoss, but I usually go for the Garden Benedict, which is excellent. The hash on the side is interesting — it involves quinoa — I recommend trying it either as a side or in the Garden Hash. This place is great because of all the options. If you’re looking for a place with a concentrated menu that still has variety, I recommend here."
I looked at the menu and there are several things that sound amazing! For instance, a Habanero Hot Chocolate sounds amazing. Loaded Hash with jalapeno, bacon and cheese also sounds great! And Bread Pudding French Toast sounds like heaven in a bowl. You can check out the entire menu here: Sweet Lake Biscuits and Limeade
Local ingredients, make from scratch food and baked daily biscuits. I am definitely gonna have to try it out!. PLUS they serve breakfast ALL DAY! Yay! I'll let you know how amazing it is.
