It also holds the title for Utah’s most expensive ZIP code, according to Business Insider, with Redfin reporting home prices over $2.2 million.

Last but not least: Highland, in Utah County. It’s a well-off suburb with space, views, and tech-job proximity. Census data puts the median household income between $166,429 and $178,662, while Point2Homes estimates the average income at $239,506. It's quiet, clean, and perfect for those who want wealth without the spotlight.
