Utah's FASTEST GROWING City Is NOT ST. George Anymore!

For years, nearly my entire life, St. George has held the title of Utah's FASTEST GROWING city, and has always been among the Fastest Growing Cities in the entire country! According to InsideClimateNews.org, the population of St. George was 107,424 in 2024. From projections from the University of Utah, they're suggesting that number could double by 2050! However, St. George has now been knocked off its thrown as Utah's Fastest Growing city!

WHO IS THE NEW LEADER?

The new champion of growth in Utah isn't in the southern part of the state at all. Lehi, located in Utah County, now holds the title of Utah’s fastest-growing city! Between 2022 and 2023, Utah County gained over 16,000 new residents, and much of that growth came from Lehi. Along with Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain, these cities accounted for nearly 75% of the county’s population boom.
