AVOID: 4 Colors That Make You A TOTAL Mosquito Magnet In Utah
How to AVOID Mosquitoes in Utah- The warm weather is here and that means plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun in Utah. Whether hiking on the state's many breathtaking hiking trails, swimming, boating, fishing, or catching a Bees game, there are plenty of opportunities for fun in the sun throughout Utah.
Summer weather also means outdoor chores like tree timing, deck staining, power washing, and mowing the lawn. I have about 5 acres of land and a good-sized lawn. I don't mind mowing my grass as it's a good source of exercise and something to be proud of when the grass has been cut. (It's one of the chores that actually stays done for a minute!) The thing I can stand about mowing is being attacked by bugs, specifically, mosquitoes.
In Utah we have abatement districts charged with wiping out mosquitoes, but I swear every time they let the water pool up at the Ash Creek Reservoir, I-15 Black Ridge Exit 36, I get eaten alive!
