I Found The BEST Italian Food In Southern Utah

I love finding hidden gems. This one was tucked away up in Cedar City toward the industrial area. Chef Alfredo's is located @ 2313 UT-56, Cedar City, UT 84720

It is fancy and you can call to make a reservation! I love that fact. When I have friends coming from out of town I don't want to go sit and wait for a table when I can just call and make a reservation. They start you off with some delicious herb and onion bread with herb infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

The flavor was really good and I am not even a big onion fan. Then we decided to get an appetizer. 

This is the Spinach & Artichoke Dip $10
Blend of parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, garlic, & spinach. Baked with parmesan & breadcrumbs. Served with crostini’s. The bread was so delicious all by itself, so when you added the dip it was heaven.

Then I had a Strawberry Arugula Salad $5
Strawberries, arugula, toasted almonds, feta cheese with a maple balsamic dressing.

My husband and I shared everything. That was a really good way to taste a few different things in one meal. 

Next up was Lasagna Bolognese $14
Layers of pasta with meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Very good and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh. Yum!

And to finish the experience, DESSERT!  Chocolate Lava Cake $8
Chocolate cake with a warm chocolate center.
Served with vanilla ice cream.

It was all so good and even sharing with my husband we still had to take some of it to go. Plenty of food with four courses shared. Appetizer, bread and salad, lasagna and dessert. Chef Alfredo's in Cedar City was worth finding and trying out.
