Chuck-A-Rama Trying New Things… We Give It A Try!

Earlier this week, I was invited down to Chuck-A-Rama by the General Manager, Feliz. Apparently, they've made a few changes, and Feliz wanted us to try it out and tell them what we think. Now, months ago, I stopped by Golden Corral and donned it the BEST BUFFET in St. George. But after this week, there's a new king in town. That king goes by the name Chuck-A-Rama.

According to Feliz, they were rolling out some new items and making "Asian Day" a little bit better and more unique. I wasn't too excited that it was Asian Day, but I was still happy to be there. Once I got into the food, I was SO HAPPY it was Asian Day! It was delish!

• Broccoli Stir Fry
• Lo Mein
• White Rice
• Ham Fried Rice
• Spring Rolls
• Tempura Pork
• Grilled Steak
• Orange Sauce
• Sweet and Sour Sauce
• Red Curry Sauce
• Teriyaki Sauce

My first plate consisted of Ham Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and Lo Mein noodles! The Rice was good, as was the orange chicken... But the Lo Mein noodles were THE BEST I've ever had! I went back for more Lo Mein, then tried the teriyaki beef with white rice. SO GOOD. AGAIN!

After I had two plates of Asian Food, I moved on to my normal rounds at a buffet. I had Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Mac and Cheese. Scones with Cinnamon Honey Butter. Pizza. French Fries.

They even have an Icee machine! I haven't had an Icee since I was a kid! Plus, a true Utah place will have a pump of Fry Sauce... And they have that!

And... Of course they have a Salad Bar! Salad bar isn't my thing, WHATSOEVER! But they swapped the Salad Bar and the Fruit/ Fruit Salad Bar. Apparently that's a big deal to people that have been to Chuck-A-Rama a lot! I didn't even notice because I never venture to that side of the buffet! 

Chuck-A-Rama tasted better than I've ever had before, and I would even go back on Asian Day! You really should head down to Chuck-A-Rama with your friends or family, and try the new items. It was clean, the service was spectacular, and I left happy with a full belly!
