Chuck-A-Rama’s BBQ Day Menu in Southern Utah Is a Meat Lover’s Dream!

When was the last time you tried Chuck-A-Rama? For many people they haven't had it for years, but if you're sleeping on Chuck-A-Rama... you need to reconsider! Chuck-A-Rama has really stepped up, and it's slowly become one of my favorite restaurants in all of Southern Utah! Chuck-A-Rama, a staple in Utah Restaurant Culture, has a rotating daily menu. Along with the daily specials, they also have items that are available everyday!

ROTATING DAILY SPECIALS:

• Monday - Chuckwagon Day (Chicken Fried Steak, BBQ Legs, Biscuits & Gravy, Cheesy Broccoli, Meatballs, Fried Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp, Beef & Barley Soup.)
• Tuesday - Asian Day (Orange Chicken, Ham Fried Rice, Tempura Pork, Broccoli Stir Fry, Lo Mein Noodles, Rice, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Steak, Curry.)
• Wednesday - Barbecue Day (BBQ Pork Ribs, Grilled Sausage, BBQ Legs, Brisket, Baked Beans, Chuck Wagon Potatoes, Chicken Noodle Soup.)

BBQ Beans. Grilled Sausage. Corn on the Cob, Brisket, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Scones. Dinner Rolls.

The BBQ Beans are amazing. They've got bacon and ground beef in them and they're fantastic. However, the grilled sausage is SNEAKY GOOD! I'm usually not a big sausage guy, but decided to try this, and the flavor was next level. It was so great. The brisket was awesome, and everything had such great flavor. I usually do at least 3-4 trips to the buffet, and try to sample a little of everything!
