FIRST LOOK: Southern Utah LOOKS AMAZING In Blockbuster Trailer!

In quite possibly, the BIGGEST production to ever hit the state of Utah, Horizon: An American Saga has released it's first few trailers. Spoiler Alert: UTAH LOOKS AMAZING! Horizon: An American Saga is a new blockbuster film that is set to release Part 1 on June 28th. It's a Western Drama about the Old West while the Civil War tears apart the country. This movie is directed by Kevin Costner. Costner also stars as Hayes Ellison.

WHAT EVERYONE IS CONFUSED ABOUT:

This film is actually split into TWO parts. Part 1 will release on June 28th, while Part 2 will release on August 16th. If you're hoping to see Southern Utah on the big screen, you're going to have to wait until August 16th to see it. Part 1 was filmed in Moab, Utah and Durango, Colorado. Part 2 was filmed in Washington County, in a studio at the old airport, Warner Valley, and other areas around St. George. Part 3 which is set to be filming VERY SOON will also be around Southern Utah as well!

The cast is full of famous names! Obviously, we've got Kevin Costner. But we also have Luke Wilson (Old School), Thomas Haden Church (Spider-Man: No Way Home), Giovanni Ribisi (Avatar), Sam Worthington (Avatar), Abbey Lee (Mad Max: Fury Road), and Tom Payne (The Walking Dead).

HOW MANY PARTS WILL 'HORIZON: AN AMERICAN SAGA' BE?

So far, Part 1 & 2 are completed. Part 3 is currently shooting now, and Kevin Costner is hoping that Part 4 will be made as well.
