You aren't going to find this restaurant in the usual places like shopping plazas or busy streets like the Boulevard, instead you will find Silver Reef Brewing by following River Rd. In St. George all the way to the edge of the area filled with warehouses and manufacturing plants.

Savoring Flavor: A Review of the Menu

This is a place where they have been making local craft beers since 2018. They also have a restaurant that serves up delicious food inside the warehouse where the beer is made.

For as far away as this place is from the usual dining areas of Southern Utah, it was fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon. There are tables inside the brewery along with a bar. There is also an outside seating area in a cooled tent.

The service was fast and helpful. The food was good American fare that was well made and plentiful. I had the bratwurst with parmesan fries. The brat snapped and was tasty smothered in cheese, grilled onions and peppers.

My wife ordered the chicken fried chicken and thought it was the best she's ever eaten. This is saying something as she really likes this dish. It was flavorful with a crispy outside the was still tender in the middle.

If you are looking for a tasty place to eat that offers some locally crafted spirits, take the drive to Silver Reef Brewing Company at 4391 Enterprise Dr. in St. George.
