Jerry Springer: Dead at 79

Thursday, it was announced that LEGENDARY TV Host, Jerry Springer had passed away after a "brief illness." Sources have suggested that Springer was fighting pancreatic cancer the last few months.

Jerry Springer was one of the most loved and controversial figures in tv history, and if you grew up in Southern Utah, you probably watched his show "The Jerry Springer Show", while home sick from school. The show almost ALWAYS featured fights and WILD situations.

A family spokesperson said Jerry passed away peacefully in his house in Chicago.
