Jay Bird's will be opening soon in the parking lot of the Red Cliffs Mall in the old Arby's location! This will be UTAH'S FIRST Jay Bird's restaurant and the 9th Jay Bird's in the U.S. St. George joins...

They're known for their MAC DADDY SANDWICH:  Homemade Mac and Cheese on top of the "Crispiest and juiciest" chicken coated with your spice seasoning ranching from Mild to Fire: Carolina Reaper!

Blazin' Fries: Spicy crinkle-cut fries topped with mac n’ cheese, one chopped tender spiced with your choice of heat, comeback sauce, and Big Sexy sauce.

Chicken & Waffles: Two jumbo tenders, spiced with your choice of heat. Served with two waffles, maple syrup, sliced bread, dill pickles, and one sauce.
