The winner (or loser) is... Walmart!  Yeah, the absolute juggernaut that sells everything from car batteries to Oreos has been crowned America's MOST HATED Grocery Store! This is all according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). According to ACSI, Walmart is consistently dead last in checkout speeds, staff friendliness, cleanliness and overall shopping experience.

Walmart’s Reputation? It’s... Consistently Terrible.

For ACSI, they consider any score below 79 as "Below Average." Walmart has been hanging out at the bottom of customer satisfaction for 19 straight years. NINETEEN YEARS IN A ROW! They're technically improved this year, but they're still way behind nearly every other grocery chain in America!
