What grocery store is coming to the NEW Desert Color Community in St. George?

Could it be a Trader Joe's? Is it Whole Foods? What about Sprouts?

I've been given a few clues. Here's what I do know...

1. We DO NOT have this grocery store in Southern Utah.
2. They are known for their PRODUCE.
3. People will be SO EXCITED that it will be here.

It was first rumored that it would be a third Harmon's location, but THAT can be eliminated along with Lin's, Smith's, and Albertson's.

The possible grocery stores:

  • Whole Foods
  • Sprouts
  • Trader Joe's
  • Publix

Right away, we can eliminate Publix. I don't even think they have a location outside of Florida. But Salt Lake City and Vegas both have Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joe's.

Trader Joe's:

According to Google, Trader Joe's produce isn't any better or different than any other big-box grocery store. But would people be excited? ABSOLUTELY, they would!
Likelihood of Trader Joe's in St. George: 5/10.

Whole Foods:

Whole Foods has a standard that their produce must pass in order to make it to the stores. They also claim to "Love Local", so I imagine the produce would come from a close-ish area. Plus people would be pretty thrilled with Whole Foods.
Likelihood of Whole Foods in St. George: 8/10.

Sprouts:

This seems like the real Dark-Horse candidate to be the one moving in here. They're definitely known for their produce, I mean... THEIR NAME IS SPROUTS! But would people actually be VERY EXCITED that they're coming here? I don't think so...
Likelihood of Sprouts in St. George: 6/10.

Due to my calculations, my guess on the new grocery store headed to Desert Color would be...

WHOLE FOODS!
