AMAZING: ‘Saint George Place’ Debuts It’s STUNNING New Look!

Saint George Place, maybe better known as the former "K-Mart Shopping Center" has began construction on their massive piece of property. This shopping center has been a piece of St. George culture for YEARS, and the construction brings both sadness and excitement! The property currently looks like something out of an apocalyptic film, but the vision of Saint George Place is gorgeous!

SAME ENTRANCE, BETTER LOOK:

The entrance on Main Street will still exist, but it will be much more pleasing to look at, and a lot wider to ensure safety for cars and pedestrians. The extra room was created by demolishing two suites, one on each side of the existing entrance/exit. Paired with the new construction shows LOTS of new greenery surrounding the new entrance as well.

RESTAURANT OPPORTUNITIES?

From this view of Saint George Place, which is from the west side of Bluff Street, it appears that the location that once held banks, and Dixie Nutrition has been torn down, and will be replaced with restaurants with at least one drive-thru window. This view is the most exciting shot of the new shopping center, showing major potential!

GORGEOUS NEW LOOK:

It also appears that ALL the suites in this new shopping center will get new facelifts. These new elevations feature lots of new windows, trees, plants, and a brand new, modern look! This shopping center is going to look AMAZING when it's all said and done!

According to signs on Bluff Street, they state that Saint George Place will be completed in Fall of 2024, but I don't believe that to be accurate. As always, I will keep everyone updated on news about Saint George Place!
