A trend that I've seen A LOT of people online doing is Mouth Taping. The people that are trying it are LOVING IT! I've heard people saying it's "life changing", they're not exhausted throughout the day, they're not snoring anymore, and they're in better moods throughout the day. The OFFICIAL study is still out whether or not Mouth Taping actually has benefits.

I tried Mouth Taping this week. I bought Snooze Tape from Amazon. 60 pieces of pre-cut tape that I put on my mouth before bed. I was nervous to try it. What if I didn't breathe, and died in my sleep? What if it was too annoying to sleep? What if I tore the tape off while I slept? But none of that happened! But what did happen, SHOCKED ME!

I woke up INCREDIBLY well-rested! I dreamed ALL NIGHT, which tells me I was in a much deeper REM sleep through the night. The first day I tried it, I didn't feel the need for a nap that afternoon, which is CRAZY! I'm usually exhausted from the time I wake up until the time I take a nap. I'm usually groggy after waking up, too! But not this time. Each time I woke up, I felt rejuvenated, rested, and awake!

I'm no doctor, so I can't tell you that this will be perfect for you. But for me, someone with sleep apnea, snoring, exhausted all day... This already has changed my life! Maybe you can try Mouth Taping and let me know how it goes for you! GOOD LUCK!
